We know that sometime our patients need care today. If you’re not feeling well, have a minor injury, or want to be seen today, our team will make every effort to connect you to your provider or another provider at your home health center today. Walk-in hours are an available option for established patients who want to access care without an appointment. Hours vary by location and may be limited for some services. Sometimes you may have a longer wait.

Financial Services
HealthNet accepts all Medicare, Medicaid, Hoosier Healthwise plans and most commercial insurance plans. HealthNet has a sliding fee scale for those who are eligible. Click here to learn more about ways to pay for your care.
Foreign Language Interpreting
Bilingual staff are located on site. Spanish is spoken at this health center. If you speak a language other than this, phone or video interpreting is available.
