Where can I go for eye care?

Your eye health is important. HealthNet wants to help you keep getting the care you need.

  • Call your insurance company. Ask for a list of eye doctors who accept your insurance.
  • Visit your insurance company’s website. It may have a list of eye doctors who accept your insurance.
  • If you have Medicaid, you can use the Indiana Health Coverage Programs Provider Locator page to find an eye doctor.

Can I still get frames and glasses?

Frames and glasses are no longer available at this time. If you have questions about your glasses or lenses, including warranties, you can call 1-800-506-4703 and ask for help in locating a provider.

If You Have an Eye Emergency

If you have an eye emergency, a HealthNet primary care provider may be able to help you. Please call 317-957-2070 to find out if this is a solution for you. If you have severe pain, swelling, bleeding, a sudden change in or loss of vision, or trouble breathing, please get help right away.
