Eye Care Center Update
We are temporarily closing our Eye Care Center and are no longer able to order frames or lenses. Dr. Elrod’s last day seeing patients will be September 18, and Dr. Coriell’s last day will be September 24. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. HealthNet’s Eye Care Center is located inside the Specialty Care at Barrington building located at 3403 East Raymond Street (located beside HealthNet Barrington Health & Dental Center).
The HealthNet Eye Care Center provides:
- Comprehensive eye exams
- Diabetic eye exams
- Glaucoma evaluations
- Cataract evaluations
- Treatment for eye infections
- Frames and lenses
