What is Same Day Care?

Same day care provides access to medical care fast and coordinates with your primary care team. We connect you to your primary care provider or another team member as quickly as possible – often on the same day.

If you are not feeling well, have a minor injury, need a follow-up, or wish to see someone today, HealthNet Now same day care could be right for you. Extra hours to make it easier for you to get the care you need, when you need it, and close to home.

Is Same Day Care Right for Me?

HealthNet Now same day care is not urgent care or an emergency room substitute. It connects you quickly to the HealthNet team, often on the same day, and is best for sick care and some simple appointments. HealthNet Now treats conditions like:

  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Having a fever or feeling chilled
  • Cough or possible bronchitis
  • Allergy problems
  • Sore throat (possibly strep throat)
  • Earaches or ear infections
  • Red or itchy eyes (pink eye)
  • Rashes
  • Stomach aches or digestion issues
  • Pain or burning when peeing (possibly a urinary tract infection)
  • Minor injuries like cuts, scrapes, burns, sprains, and strains
  • Insect bites or stings
  • Some women’s health issues
  • Pregnancy tests (walk-ins welcome)
  • Vaccines
  • Short term refills on prescription medicines
  • Follow-up appointments

Foreign Language Interpretation

Bilingual staff are located on site – Spanish and Burmese languages are spoken at this health center location.  If you speak a language other than this, phone or video interpreting is available.
