Is a Video Visit Right for Me?

During a video visit, our providers can help with many health concerns. We do our best to take care of your needs online, but sometimes your provider may decide you need to come in for an in-person appointment. Video visits are often a good choice for things like:

  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Having a fever or feeling chilled
  • Allergy problems
  • Sore throat
  • Red or itchy eyes (pink eye)
  • Rashes
  • Stomach aches or digestion issues
  • Some OB/GYN care
  • Diabetes checks
  • Some short term refills on prescription medicines
  • Some follow-up appoijntments

Video visits may also be ideal for other appointment types like:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Therapy visits
  • Psychiatric care
  • ADHD follow-up visits

When is a Video Visit not an option?

For some health issues, you need to see a provider face-to-face. We look at each person’s needs separately, but some things can’t be taken care of with a video visit.

  • New patient exams
  • Well child checks
  • Annual adult physicals
  • A visit which may require a lab test
  • Depo-Provera visits
  • Dental Care

How Do I Make An Appointment?

To make an appointment, please call (317) 957-2070. You can also request an appointment through your Patient Portal. 

You must be registered on our Patient Portal to access video visits. If you are not signed up for the Patient Portal, we can help you register before scheduling your appointment. Not all providers are available for video visits, please call to confirm if your provider is available.

Please note: Patients between the ages of 12 and 17 are not eligible for video visits due to portal limitations.
