Students must follow the process below when completing and submitting their Clinical and Residency Request Form.
We will only accept requests in accordance with the schedule below.
You must have a HealthNet provider who has agreed to be your preceptor.
We do not accept cold calling or any form of impersonal approach by students to solicit HealthNet preceptors.
Requests will only be accepted for one session at a time.
Request form submission does not guarantee approval.
Shadowing experiences are no more than 2 days total. We do not allow High School students to shadow at this time.
Students who make arrangements outside of this process or neglect to keep application information accurate may have their student clinical privileges revoked and be denied for future clinical assignments.
