An Important Message from Dr. Steven Felde

Dear Patients,

Thank you for the trust you have given to me as your dentist. Taking care of you has been an honor for myself and our entire team.

I wanted to let you know that I will be moving out of state and leaving HealthNet Barrington Health & Dental Center as of August 15th, 2025. I am pleased to share with you that my colleagues will be taking on my responsibilities when I leave:

Rachael Gandolph, DDS Dentist

You are welcome to continue your care with any of these providers at HealthNet Barrington Health & Dental Center, or at another HealthNet location, or with any dentist you choose. If you need help with transportation, we can assist you.

I will work closely with these providers during this transition. Your new provider will have all the information I have charted regarding your care. We will remind you again about my transition when your next appointment is due. Please call and talk with us at (317) 957-2450 about any of your concerns.
