Dear Patients,

Thank you for the trust you have given me over the years as your provider. Taking care of you has been an honor.

I’m writing to let you know that I will be leaving HealthNet Barrington Health & Dental Center on May 29, 2025. I am pleased to share with you that my colleagues will be taking on my responsibilities when I leave:
