We are writing to let you know about an important change to Behavioral Health Services at HealthNet People’s Health & Dental Center.

Beginning September 28, these Behavioral Health providers will move to HealthNet Specialty Care at Barrington:

Dick Rogers, LCSW will continue to provide care through virtual visits only.

Although our location is changing, your care is not. You will continue seeing the same providers and compassionate team you know and trust. We look forward to welcoming you to our new office.

Office Hours

Our office hours will be:

  • Monday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Your Medical Records

Your medical records will stay safe and secure.

If you continue your care at HealthNet, your records will automatically be available to your provider at the new location.

If you choose another healthcare provider and would like a copy of your medical records, we are happy to help.

Your Upcoming Appointment

If you have an appointment scheduled on or after September 28, you do not need to do anything. We will call you before your appointment to remind you about the new location.
