An Important Message from Dr. Nethi at HealthNet Southwest Health & Dental Center

Dear Parents,

I want to thank you for trusting me as your child’s provider. It has been an honor to care for your family.

I am writing to let you know that my last day at HealthNet Southwest Health & Dental Center will be June 19, 2025.

If your child has an appointment with me before June 19th, I look forward to seeing them. If your child has an appointment after June 19th, we will call you to reschedule with another provider. You can continue your child’s care with another doctor at Southwest, another HealthNet location, or with any doctor you choose, depending on appointment availability that best meets your needs. If you need help with transportation, we can assist you.

I will work with my team to make sure this change is easy for you. Your child’s new provider will have all the information I have charted regarding your child’s care. We will also remind you about this change before your child’s next appointment.
