An Important Message from Dr. Karl Pryor

Dear Parents,

Thank you for the trust you have given me over the years as your child’s doctor. Taking care of your child has been an honor. I’m writing to let you know that I will be leaving HealthNet on September 25. I am pleased to share with you that my colleagues will be taking on my responsibilities when I leave:

You are welcome to continue your child’s care with any of these providers at HealthNet Barrington Health & Dental Center, at another HealthNet location, or with any doctor you choose. If you need help with transportation, we can assist you.

I will work closely with these providers during this transition. Your new provider will have all the information I have charted regarding your child’s care. We will remind you again about my transition when your child’s next appointment is due. Please call and talk with us at (317) 957-2070 about any of your concerns. Thank you again for allowing me to serve as your child’s doctor.
