Reporting Safety or Quality of Care Issues

HealthNet, Inc.  is accredited by The Joint Commission.  The mission of the Joint Commission is to continuously improve the safety and quality of care provided to the public, and the provision of health care accreditation and related services that support performance improvement in health care organizations.

If you have concerns about the care you have received at any of our HealthNet Health Centers, we would like to hear about it.
