Changes are Coming to HealthNet People’s Health & Dental Center

Beginning in August and September 2026, some services currently provided at People’s Health & Dental Center will move to other HealthNet locations. Patient care will not be available at People’s Health & Dental Center after September 25, 2026. This includes primary care, behavioral health, dental services, and Title X Family Planning Services.
Our goal is to make these transitions as smooth as possible while ensuring patients continue to have access to the care and support they need.
What’s Changing?
Title X Family Planning Services
Beginning August 3, HealthNet’s Title X Family Planning Program will move to:
HealthNet Martindale-Brightwood Health Center
2855 North Keystone Avenue
Indianapolis, IN 46218
The Title X office will be close July 27-31 to complete the move. Services will resume at the new location on August 3.
Behavioral Health Services
Beginning September 25, Behavioral Health Services currently provided at People’s Health & Dental Center will move to:
HealthNet Specialty Care at Barrington
3403 East Raymond Street, Suite A
Indianapolis, IN 46203
Patients will continue receiving Behavioral Health services through HealthNet, with support from their care team during the transition.
Dental Services
Beginning September 25, HealthNet Dental services will be consolidated into 2 location. HealthNet Dental will continue providing care for:
- Children and young adults through age 26
- Pregnant patients
- Children and adults with special health care needs
HealthNet understands this change may affect some adult patients who have received dental care with us. We are committed to helping patients understand their options and connect with other dental resources when needed.
Medical Services
Medical services currently provided at People’s Health & Dental Center will move to other nearby HealthNet locations beginning September 28. Patients affected by these changes will receive information about where their care will continue.
Mary Frazier, MD – HealthNet Martindale-Brightwood Health Center
Elizabeth Pich, PA – HealthNet Downtown Health Center
Emily Sherer, MD – HealthNet Northeast Health Center
Stefanie Smith, MD – HealthNet Barrington Health & Dental Center
Katherine Voges, MD – HealthNet Barrington Health & Dental Center
