An Important Message for Dr. Gandolph

Dear Patients,

Thank you for the trust you have given me over the years as your dental provider. Taking care of you has been an honor.

I’m writing to let you know that I will be leaving HealthNet People’s Health & Dental Center in June 2025 and moving to HealthNet Barrington Health & Dental Center, located about 4 miles away from People’s near Raymond St. and Sherman Dr. I am pleased to share with you that my colleagues will be taking on my responsibilities at People’s:

You are welcome to continue your care with any of these providers at People’s Health & Dental Center, with me at Barrington Health & Dental Center, or with any provider of your choice.

I will work closely with these providers during this transition. If you choose a new provider, they will have all the information I have charted regarding your care. We will remind you again about my transition when your next appointment is due.
