HealthNet offers you easy, safe and secure access to your health care from your computer or smartphone. Want a copy of your shot records? Have a non-urgent question for your care team? Do you need to refill your medicine? With HealthNet's Patient Portal you have access to all of those things and more including:
The patient portal should not be used in emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911. For urgent or same day medical needs, please call your health center. Do not use the portal for this purpose. Messages sent during the weekend will not be responded to until regular weekday hours resume.
How Do I Sign Up?
- Talk with someone at a HealthNet registration desk.
- Sign a Patient Portal consent form.
- Give us your non-work email address.
