340B Advocacy
HealthNet Team,
Wednesday, December 10th is Senate Call-In Day! We need your voice to stop the 340B Rebate Pilot before it takes effect on January 1. This pilot would increase costs for HealthNet and other community health centers, reduce patient access to medications, and threaten funding for essential services. Congress can exempt FQHCs — but only if they hear from us.
Take Action (5 minutes):
Call Indiana’s Senators:
Use this script:
“Hello, I’m [Your Name] from [City], working with HealthNet. Please support legislation to exempt FQHCs from the 340B Rebate Pilot. The pilot would force health centers to pay upfront for high-cost medications, causing cashflow problems, administrative burdens, and reduced access to care. I urge the Senator to support exemption language in the upcoming bipartisan affordability package. Thank you.”
