Indianapolis Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association Hosts Fundraiser Benefiting HealthNet on November 19

The Indianapolis Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association will host a “Cheers for Charity” fundraiser benefiting HealthNet on Thursday, November 19, at the Saddle Up Saloon & Dancehall, 6378 E. 82nd St. in Indianapolis.
The event begins at 7 p.m. The cover charge to enter that evening will be lifted for a donation of a toy valued at a minimum of $5 or 3 canned goods for HealthNet patients for the holiday season. A former Colts player will serve as a celebrity bartender for the evening.
Through its network of eight primary care health centers, one OB/GYN care center, a pediatric/adolescent care center, seven school-based clinics, five dental clinics, Homeless Initiative Program, Healthy Families, social work and other support services, HealthNet annually provides health care to more than 59,286 individuals – the majority of whom live at or below the federal poverty level.
