Thank you for the trust you have given me as your doctor. Taking care of you has been an honor.

I’m writing to let you know that I will be leaving HealthNet Southwest Health & Dental Center on August 30, 2024. I am pleased to share with you that my colleagues will be taking on my responsibilities when I depart:
