Our mission is to improve lives with compassionate health care and support services, regardless of ability to pay. Your financial support enables HealthNet to bring quality health care and support services to residents who most need it and can least afford it. Your gift is pivotal to spreading HealthNet’s mission.
$25 gift will help HealthNet to provide medication to uninsured children and adults who have no where else to turn.
$50 gift will pay for a sports physical for an uninsured student.
$60 gift will pay for a screening mammogram for a woman who may be at risk for breast cancer.
$100 gift will pay for a one-month supply of a brand name medication for an uninsured patient.
$250 gift will pay for an uninsured woman to receive one colposcopy with an abnormal pap smear.
$300 gift will pay for restorative dental care for a pregnant woman, improving her chances for a healthy delivery.
$500 gift will pay for pap smears for 20 uninsured patients.
$1,000 gift will pay for test or supplies for procedures of an uninsured patient through the HealthNet emergency fund.
$2,500 gift will pay for ultrasounds of 15 uninsured women.
