Our mission is to improve lives with compassionate health care and support services, regardless of ability to pay. Patient Emergency Assistance Fund – $25 provides patients with emergency medical needs such as medications, food, shelter, or transportation to and from medical offices. Please indicate which health center location you would like your donation to go toward, in the PayPal notes section.Homeless Initiative Program – $25 can be used by our HIP staff to provide a bus pass or taxi for a client who needs to get to a job interview.
Better Indy Babies/Health Families – $25 provides a car seat to Indianapolis parents welcoming a newborn into their lives.
Health Promotions – $25 provides fresh produce to an Indianapolis resident with diabetes.
School-based Services – $25 provides a change of clothes for an Indianapolis student who gets sick during the school day.
Social Services – $25 provides diapers for an Indianapolis family attending childbirth classes.
Mammography – $25 provides coverage for an Indianapolis woman in need of a mammogram.
