Program Name: HealthNet School-Based Services
School-based clinics offer primary, preventive and educational health services for students enrolled in the following schools:
Indianapolis Public School District:
Arsenal Tech High School: grades 9-12
Harshman Middle School: grades 7-8
George Washington Community School: grades 7-12
School nurse services are offered in the following schools:

IPS #14 Washington Irving Elementary - grades K-6
KIPP Indianapolis College Preparatory School - Charter; grades 5-8
Metropolitan School District of Decatur Township:
Decatur Discovery Academy: Charter; grades 7-12
