Accreditation
HealthNet is the first and only network of primary health care centers in Indiana to earn the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approvalâ„¢. Only 297 centers nationwide have achieved this honor.
The Joint Commission provides accreditation to health care organizations that meet a certain baseline of quality standards. It’s mission is to improve the safety and quality of care provided through certified accreditation and related services that support improvement in health care organizations. The Joint Commission is a nonprofit organization that evaluates and accredits more than 15,000 health care organizations and programs in the United States. HealthNet has been consecutively reaccredited by the Joint Commission since 1997.
